AutoStat provides statistical analysis for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not a betting advisory service. Always gamble responsibly. 18+ only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoStat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service and Scope

AutoStat is a statistical analysis tool using mathematical models (including Poisson distribution) and publicly available football data to generate probability estimates and match predictions.

Important — Limited scope: AutoStat is designed exclusively for the 2026 FIFA World Cup (June 11 – July 19, 2026). The Service covers all 104 official WC2026 matches. Following the conclusion of the WC2026 Final on July 19, 2026, all simulation tools, match predictors, Expert Intelligence reports, odds analysis, and live analysis features will be permanently deactivated. The application will remain accessible in read-only mode for account and history consultation only.

The Service includes:

Free access to group standings, fixtures, team data, and basic Poisson predictions
Pro access (one-time payment of $19.99) to Expert Intelligence, live-adjusted probabilities, odds analysis, and detailed match reports for all 104 WC2026 matches

3. Disclaimer — Not Betting Advice

AutoStat outputs are statistical estimates only. They do not constitute financial, betting, or investment advice. Probability figures, fair odds calculations, and "The Bet" outputs are illustrative of mathematical model results — not guarantees or recommendations to place any wager. Use of AutoStat for gambling purposes is entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for any financial losses incurred.

4. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service
You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those regarding online gambling and sports betting
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements

5. Pro Access, Payments and Refunds

Pro access is granted upon successful one-time payment of $19.99 via LemonSqueezy (our payment processor).

Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy — we never see or store your card details
Pro access is valid for the entire duration of WC2026 (June 11 – July 19, 2026)
Access is tied to your email address and is non-transferable
This is a one-time purchase — it does not auto-renew

Refund policy: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase, provided fewer than 5 Expert Intelligence reports have been generated. After 48 hours or after significant use of the Service, refunds are at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact hello@autostat404.com with your purchase email and order reference. No refunds will be issued after the WC2026 Final (July 19, 2026).

6. End of Service After WC2026

Following the WC2026 Final (July 19, 2026):

All live analysis, Expert Intelligence, match predictor, odds tools and simulators will be permanently deactivated
Saved report history will remain accessible for 90 days post-tournament (until October 17, 2026)
Should the tournament be cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered by FIFA, refund eligibility will be reassessed on a case-by-case basis

7. Intellectual Property

All content, models, algorithms, code, and data on AutoStat are the intellectual property of AutoStat404. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Accuracy and Availability

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, predictions, or probability estimates. The Service is provided "as is." Statistical models are inherently probabilistic — outputs represent mathematical estimates, not certainties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Third-Party Data and Affiliate Links

AutoStat uses data from third-party providers including API-Football and Anthropic. We are not responsible for errors or unavailability of third-party data. The app may contain affiliate links to licensed bookmakers — we may receive a commission if you register and deposit via these links. This does not affect our statistical outputs or recommendations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoStat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including gambling losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Pro access ($19.99).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the operator is established. Any disputes will be resolved through applicable legal channels.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email to Pro users. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
