1. Nature of AutoStat
AutoStat (autostat404.com) is a private collective and mathematical modelling platform. It provides Poisson-based statistical analysis, real-time football data, and Expert Intelligence reports to its members. AutoStat is not a gambling operator, bookmaker, or financial advisory service.
2. Membership
Access to AutoStat is by application only. To join, submit an application via the platform. Applications are reviewed manually. AutoStat reserves the right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason. Membership may be revoked at any time for breach of these Terms.
3. Use of the Platform
All analysis, predictions, probabilities and reports provided by AutoStat are for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. Members are solely responsible for their own decisions and any consequences thereof.
- You must be 18 or older to use AutoStat.
- You may not share, resell, or redistribute AutoStat reports or data.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the models or scrape the platform.
4. Data Sources
Match data and statistics are sourced from API-Football. AI-generated analysis uses Anthropic Claude. While we strive for accuracy, data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. AutoStat does not guarantee the accuracy of any data or prediction.
5. Intellectual Property
All models, code, design, analysis and content on AutoStat are the intellectual property of AutoStat. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
AutoStat is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial losses, damages or claims arising from use of the platform or from betting decisions made based on our analysis.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca.
